“In It For Eddy”

Our committee is planning a benefit for Mrs. Becky Eddy and her family to help with medical expenses they have and they are still incurring.

Becky was recently diagnosed with a rare cancer. She has undergone chemotherapy and a major surgery to remove her tumor.

Now she and her husband, Bill, are facing all the financial challenges this brings.

Mrs. Eddy is the jr. high/high school principal at Ramsey School District. Mr. Eddy is a jr. high teacher and athletic director at Ramsey School District. Mr. and Mrs. Eddy, along with their daughters, are always one of the first to step up to volunteer and help our school and community in any way needed. Now, it is

time for us to give back to them.

We are planning a benefit for the Eddy family on Saturday, July 15, from 3-7 p.m at the Ramsey School District All Purpose Room. The benefit will be in the form of an ice cream social along with raffles, silent auction items, bake sale and some other fun ideas! With that being said, we are asking for donations that can be part of a silent auction or items to raffle. Monetary donations are also very much appreciated. The day of the benefit, we will also be taking donations of baked goods for a bake sale.

Donations may be mailed to Ramsey School District, 702 West Sixth Street, Ramsey IL 62080. Or, we will certainly pick up any donation that you have.
